Event Details You are cordially invited to join your International Club DC friends for an authentic Peruvian dinner and culinary demonstration and at Inti Restaurant, DC’s premier spot for authentic Peruvian cuisine. Inti Restaurant has opened their doors exclusively to ICDC members for the privilege of experiencing for experiencing flavors of Peru in a cooking demonstration by Inti’s chefs, followed by a luscious 4-course Peruvian dinner, complete with dessert. Come explore the many facets of flavor in Peru, and take home recipes to try at home. Did you know that classic Peruvian dishes are influenced by Andean, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and even West African cooking tradition? Come by yourself or with a friend to take your tastebuds to South America! Cooking Class & Dinner Menu Appetizer Ceviche de Pescado Cubes of Mahi-Mahi marinated in lemon juice, garlic, onions, and cilantro. Served with Peruvian corn and sweet potato Main Dishes Tallarin Saltado de Pollo Peruvian style chicken lo-mein Lomos Saltado Strips of beef sauteed with onions, tomatoes, and french fries served with rice Dessert Arroz con Leche con Mazamorra Morada Rice and purple corn pudding Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
