Learn how to pair champagne with a diverse range of flavors and textures of chocolates while seeking the most delicious complement to your champagne. Our Champagne & Chocolate Connoisseur’s Tasting is a wonderful way to experience chocolate in it's purest form. You will experience five different types of couverture in three different states: solid, semi-solid (ganache), and liquid. The couvertures are of different percentages with their beans coming from different origins. The various states of the same chocolate create different experiences depending on how they coat the palate. Similar to wine tasting, guests can distinguish different flavor profiles and tasting notes. A flight of champagnes will be paired with the chocolate. This is an experience which is meant to satisfy your chocolate cravings and knowledge... it should be savored!
