The dinner buffet is served until 9:45 PM with desserts served after that. Please ensure you arrive prior to 9:45 PM to enjoy the dinner buffets presented. Themes, bands, entertainment & menus are subject to change as we continue to refine the gala. $315.00 - Presidential Ticket with 7:45 PM Admission and dinner served in the WILLARD Ballroom: Dinner Service for this reservation will be in the WILLARD BALLROOM. In addition to general admission benefits, Presidential ticket holders are entitled to early admission to the ball with expedited check-in at 7:45 PM, with champagne and a 3-course sit-down dinner before the Ball SERVED IN THE WILLARD BALLROOM. We will be seating you with other guests at tables of ten (10). If you have a large group of guests and wish to sit together, please arrive together and let us know when you check-in so we may assist you. Reserved seating is presented for the duration of the dinner service along with live music for the prelude to an exciting celebration. Please be on time as the last dinner seating is at 8:30 PM! All online ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds on tickets for any reason. All attendees must be 21 and over. Entertainment, bands, menus, and other event details are subject to change and we may add, change, or remove aspects of the gala. Together with the hotel and the entertainers engaged for the evening, we are all working hard to present you a spectacular NYE celebration, regardless of the weather. The NYE Gala will be held rain, shine, or snow. Kindly note that by purchasing a ticket, you accept the responsibility to arrive at the hotel for the gala on time. Due to expenses incurred, we are unable to offer refunds in the event you are unable to attend the gala for any reason, including severe winter storms. Purchase of tickets for the gala constitutes your acceptance of our rain date policy and no-refund policy, as all ticket sales are final. Kindly note for your security, tickets will be released at the admission desk ONLY to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting photo ID & the credit card used to make the reservation.
