International Club of DC Inc. Ticket or Membership Terms: Tickets or memberships are non-refundable.
All online ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds on tickets for any reason.
Please note that it is your responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting location. Traffic delays and road closures are possible. Please give your self plenty of time to arrive at the meeting location. If you are delayed due to any reason and miss the boat, we are unable to issue you a refund.
Kindly note that by purchasing a ticket you accept responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting location ON TIME. If you do not arrive at the meeting location at the designated time and miss the cruise, we are unable to issue refunds. Purchase of tickets by your constitutes your acceptance of our no refund policy.
The fireworks organized as a part of the annual Cherry Blossom Festival is beyond our control. We will cruise rain or shine but we are unable to offer refunds in the unlikely event the fireworks are canceled or postponed for any reason.
Tickets will be released to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting photo ID. If you purchased more than one ticket, please arrive for admission with your guest(s).
