Event Description

You are invited to experience Austrian food and wine at a special evening dinner at the Embassy of Austria! The Embassy of Austria and the Austrian Cultural Forum, in cooperation with the American-Austrian-Cultural-Society, invite you to a three-course dinner paired with Austrian wines. The chefs of At Kaiser's, the Austrian Gasthaus will prepare your dinner on stage. Each course will be accompanied by wine paired by Austrian sommelier Klaus Wittauer (KW Selection).

3-Course Seated Dinner Menu:

Frittatensuppe: Sliced pancake soup in beef broth
Wiener Schnitzel vom Schwein mit Kartoffelsalat: Pork Schnitzel with potato salad
Apfelstrudel: Apple strudel

Wiener Schnitzel: Anton Bauer Reserve Wagram (Zweigelt,Blaufrankisch,Cabernet )
